Covid-19 Policy

What we are doing:
  • Our employees have been advised to follow the latest government guidelines if they, or someone they live with, develops Coronavirus symptoms, has tested positive for Covid-19, or if the employee has been told to self isolate by NHS Track & Trace.
  • Interactions between employees and movement between work areas are are kept to a minimum.
  • External teams have been provided with hand sanitiser, gloves, masks, wipes, anti-bacterial spray and waste bags.
  • External teams must wear face masks or coverings from the time they exit their vehicle, whilst carrying out the template or installation, until they return to their vehicle.
  • Social distancing guidelines will be observed where possible.
  • Our teams will not be able to accept any refreshments.
  • On completion of the template/installation, our team members will wipe any surfaces that they have come into contact with, using antibacterial wipes. For your own peace of mind we recommend that you repeat this process using your own antibacterial products.
What we need you to do:
  • Please advise us if anyone at the property is self-isolating, displaying COVID-19 symptoms, has tested positive or is awaiting test results.
  • Please ensure that 2 metre social distancing can be achieved in the property.
  • All kitchen units should be accessible and clear of debris/household items.
  • Please ensure no other tradesmen are working in the same room, if this isn’t adhered to it may cause us to abort the template/install.
  • Please allow approximately 1-2 hours for our templater, and approximately 2-4 hours for our fitting team, to work alone in the room.
  • At the end of the installation process you will be required to inspect the surfaces once our team have exited the room to sign a delivery note which will be left in the room, and collected once signed.
  • Following our exit we recommend you wipe any areas our team may have come into contact with for example door handles, kitchen unit handles, light switches etc.
