Cancellations/Refunds
You have to provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the agreed template date, that you wish to cancel the order, otherwise a charge for the template appointment will be deducted from any refund due.
If an order is cancelled after the template appointment has been carried out, but before manufacturing starts, a charge for the template appointment will be deducted from any refund due.
If an order is cancelled after a failed template appointment, a charge for the template appointment will be deducted from any refund due.
We understand a 'failed template appointment' to be:
- Any of the criteria set out in the 'How do I prepare for the template appointment?' section of the FAQs, or are not met.
- Any of the criteria set out in the 'Order Acknowledgement', 'Template Information' & 'Template Confirmation' emails are not met.
Due to the bespoke nature of our worktops, if an order is cancelled once it has entered the production stage, the material is deemed unusable or unfit for resale. The installation and/or delivery charges will be refunded if applicable.
Cancellation Form
For cancellations, please use a ‘cancellation form’ template such as the one below. Fill in the details and ensure that they apply correctly to the person who placed the order.

If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Disclaimer
Where you have provided your own measurements and specifications, please ensure all of these are completed fully and accurately as we shall not be liable for any defects or incorrect worktops delivered as a result of your failure to provide correct information.
Colours on screen may vary depending on your screen settings and resolution.
We strongly suggest that you order a sample before purchasing worktops.
Although we strive to maintain consistency, for Ceramic (Dekton) & Quartz worktops there may be batch to batch variances so we cannot guarantee an exact match to samples.
Returns
Samples are non-returnable. The distance selling regulations do not apply to goods worth £42 or less.
Kitchen worktops are customised to your requirements and therefore cannot be returned.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about the product you have received and we will endeavour to make good any issues where we are at fault.
We understand a 'fault' to be:
- Any significant discolouration, mark or blemish, this must be evidenced in a picture sent through any appropriate format to us, we also require proof that the fault was caused by the handling or actions of Kitchen Worktops 2 Go or its subsidiaries.
- Any chips or marks sustained due to Kitchen Worktops 2 Go or its subsidiaries' handling or actions.
The following will NOT be regarded as faults with the product:
- Any variation at all with shading, veining and finish.
- Incoherence between sample colour and fitted colour.
