Shipping policy

Samples

• Free UK shipping.
• Samples will be dispatched within 2 working days by Royal Mail 2nd Class.
• If you haven’t received your samples within 10 days of placing your order, please contact us at info@kitchenworktops2go.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Worktops

• To avoid disappointment, please give us a minimum of 14 days’ notice of your desired template date.
• Your installation will be 1-3 weeks after the template dependent on the edge profile that you choose, your location, and the volume of orders we have to process in our factory.
• For supply only orders, your worktops will be ready for collection 1-3 weeks after you have provided your measurements, dependent on the volume of orders we have to process in our factory.
